Walk & Talk Therapy
Counselling doesn’t always have to take place indoors. For some people, being outside in nature feels more relaxing and makes it easier to open up. That’s why we offer Walk and Talk Therapy — a counselling session that takes place outdoors, walking side by side with your counsellor at a gentle pace.
Just like in traditional counselling, you’ll have the opportunity to talk about your thoughts, feelings, and challenges in a safe and confidential way. The difference is that instead of sitting in a counselling room or joining online, you’ll be walking together in an agreed outdoor space. Many clients find that moving in the fresh air helps them feel calmer, more at ease, and better able to reflect.

Walk and Talk Therapy can be particularly helpful if you:

Want an alternative to traditional indoor sessions.
Sessions are always tailored to your needs and comfort. You don’t need to be physically fit — the pace is gentle, and the focus is on your wellbeing. Your counsellor will ensure the walk takes place in a private and safe environment where you can talk freely.
Walk and Talk Therapy can be a refreshing and empowering alternative if face-to-face indoor sessions, Zoom, or telephone counselling don’t feel right for you.
